Design
The core of the work. From initial sketches and form exploration through to a resolved functional product, materials, construction and detailing. Research, prototyping and manufacturing input all feed back into the design until the product is ready to move forward.

Competitor Product and Wider Research
Looking at competitor, adjacent sector and beyond to understand where the category is moving and where useful ideas are emerging elsewhere. The aim isn’t to design another version of what’s already on the shelf, but to give the product a well-informed point of view.

This is where things at 632 can be different from other design provision. This is a design facility, AND a fully functioning, bag making workshop. As a result, when appropriate and of clear value, we can prototype right here!

2D Vector Technical Packs
Production-ready tech packs. Clear, properly specified documentation a factory can use to develop and build the first prototype. This is the package that takes the project from the resolved design into physical product development.

Supply Chain and Partner Liaison
Matching the product to the right factory, sourcing the right components and, when the project requires it, being on the factory floor to help move development forward.
