A heads-together session to work out exactly what we are trying to create. We talk through the product, who it is for, what it needs to achieve, the commercial targets, practical constraints and the details you already know you want. The aim is to leave enough space for design while making sure we are solving the right problem.
P / 00The process
Six stages. One project.
Your project evolves along a structured but adaptable process, from the first discovery conversation and defining the brief, through initial sketches, design refinement, technical documentation and factory development. But what's more important to you is not my process, but your resulting product. So although the exact process varies from project to project, the aim is the same: "Do whatever it takes to get you from where you are now, to having a final sign-off proto in your hands to get out there and sell".
Fewer surprises, less risk of a development stalling at a supplier, and a product that holds up in the real world.
