Twenty five years of work across bags, packs, luggage and technical product, translated into a full service design and development studio - drawings, prototypes and factory-ready product specifications.

A structured route from idea to production.

Every project moves through a clear sequence, from the first conversation to factory development. The exact scope varies, but the aim is the same: fewer surprises, less risk and product that holds up in the real world.

    Discovery

    Brief, references, constraints, commercial framing. Start with a free Discovery Call, then move to an initial Consultancy session and/or a Project Proposal.

  2. 02

    Initial Research & Direction

    Market and category research, materials and trim direction.

  3. 03

    Concept Design

    Sketch, Colour renders, hardware exploration and initial material direction.

  4. 04

    Final Design Resolution

    Final Design resolved in detail, possible prototyping where it makes sense.

  5. 05

    Technical Documentation

    Factory ready Tech Packs, BOMs and specification as required for first vendor prototype.

  6. 06

    Sampling & Production Support

    Factory liaison, sample review, changes for subsequent samples. Production Proto Sign-Off!!

John Clark — designer, prototyper, manufacturer.

Twenty five years across sports, lifestyle and outdoor product. The studio runs alongside an active workshop with in-house pattern, sampling and prototyping capability, so every recommendation is grounded in what is genuinely buildable. Sampling, materials, construction and factory communication are daily practice, not theory.
